Xpress Publisher aims to handle concerns fairly and transparently. We encourage all clients to review the refund terms below before requesting a refund.
Refunds are not offered for sample work, partial work, bulk orders, or work already completed.
If you choose to discontinue service within the first 3 months of purchase and have not used a discount at the time of signup, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Refund requests are evaluated based on project progress, work already completed, and the specific conditions outlined here.
All refund requests must be submitted through info@xpresspublisher.com. Requests submitted through any other channel will not be accepted.
If a refund is approved, up to 30% of the total amount may be reimbursed. This applies only to non-project-related cancellations (such as personal or financial reasons).
Refunds are not granted if project deliverables have been used, published, or shared online.
Refunds are not granted in cases where a customer contributes to or initiates damaging or false narratives about Xpress Publisher online or offline.
Xpress Publisher reserves the right to approve or decline any refund request based on these terms. These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Premium Copyscape reports are available upon request to verify originality. Copyscape checks text against web-indexed content; images or embedded media are not included in such checks.
If plagiarism is found in materials you provide, we will guide you on required edits. Extensive corrections may incur additional fees.
We do not claim rights to any third-party images recommended for your project. You will receive links to purchase or license images directly from third-party vendors when needed.
We may suggest images for your project, but you are responsible for complying with copyright requirements set by the original image owner, including purchasing licenses where necessary.
Project materials should be submitted electronically for faster processing. Physical document submissions may incur Document Processing Charges, depending on volume and urgency.
Xpress Publisher is not liable for damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to claims related to technical issues, viruses, project outcomes, or third-party delays.
All services and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee sales performance, chart rankings, or any specific book marketing outcome.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
